Maybe Sinead’s son was killed as a warning to her to keep quiet. There isn’t much info. on how he died. Supposedly death by suicide after escaping the hospital while he was on a suicide watch. Incompetent staff or collusion?
Most parents would not "keep quiet" if their child was murdered. That would usually achieve the opposite effect, as they have nothing to lose at that point.
