This part is interesting:

Duterte has previously been vocal about his anger at anti-vaxxers, warning last year that, if people refuse to get jabbed, they could face prison time or a forced injection of Ivermectin, an anti-parasite drug that, among other things, is used to treat animals.

Wtf? Originally I remember Duterte being hard on crime and I liked him, but then I hear him wanting to jail unvaxxed and I'm like fuck him. Then he threatens to inject them with IVM?!

We are at peak fucking confusion right now. What the fuck is going on everywhere?
