I watch a lof of Clif High vidoes

Clif High mentions the sun avoidant Chinese having very low vitamin D levels. He reckons that the dominant Han culture likes light skin and no age marks so they avoid the sun. He also reckons that they can have very low vit D levels like 14ng / ml without having rickets like a westerner would. Slightly different metabolism.

Anyway I do remember some research coming quite early on from Indonesia where they showed that every person who had a bad clinical outcome from the 'rona had low vit D and that the ones who had high vitamin D did not get ill.

I did some gentle redpilling to my local pharmacist about this. He already knew, he said that the doctors are giving out vit D prescriptions (I'm in the midlands)

I can't work out whether the Chinese overestimated their weapon (Clif High thinks this) or whether it was never intended to be more deadly.
