Maybe. Lincoln Riely’s OU teams were never that physical and to overtake Utah as the dominant Pac 12 South team they need to be physical cause Utah always plays tough. USC will be a recruiting machine again though.
I like UW’s hire in Kalen DeBoer as well. Under the radar hire with high upside.
Utah will be the favorite next season but I think with Utah and the coaching hires at USC, Whoregon and Washington the Pac will start to become better. CFB will still be mostly dominated by the SEC and Big Ten though.
...until the Pac 12 gives up the "finesse" and embraces "physical" they will always be pushed around by the farmboys...
...Utah gave the Bucks all they could handle, I was impressed by the backup QB's performance on the fly....
And they need to stop the Big Ten and SEC taking west coast recruits.
...that is one of the major goals of the new USC head coach....
