So this is a twist on the whole vaccine question, dating back to a 2013 scotus ruling. Here is the full ruling, related to modified bacteria and gene sequencing - https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/12pdf/12-398_1b7d.pdf
These new vaccines and their tech has been epically sus from the go for most of us, given we presumed it was a death shot, and is simply designed to promote a mass die off event. That's the primary Hypothesis, and I still buy it overall (given all the other evil going on). However... what if it wasn't the only objective the cabal were gunning for?
In summary for the link, and how it relates to now:
- people who take an mRNA (pfizer/moderna) or modified DNA (j&j/astra) vax are injecting themselves with patented products that replicate in their body.
- This would make them no longer "human beings" under the law, as they have patented genetic code in their bodies which is not what they were born with, and that patented code will persist over time as shown by a variety of suppressed studies and presentations.
- instead, this would classify them "transhuman", a definition which is afforded zero rights under law to date in the USA. It would make such individuals merely property of a drug company.
To be fair this shouldn't be shocking, as Monsanto has done this for GM seeds for decades, and people have been screwed over by those patents for ages. This ruling might be enough to explain why corporate elites are pushing these drugs via the state as hard as they are.
After all if you own people outright, it makes it so much easier to decide what you are allowed to do with them later.
There is no better way to own someone in perpetuity than claim you have a patent on their newly defined DNA. For this reason alone we should consider the vaccinated as those deserving of our help as much as possible. They literally were conned into either:
- Premature death and/or a lifetime of potentially debilitating diseases, or
- giving up their status as actual human beings in society (or at least in the USA), and thus losing all rights associated to humans.
Either way, such people should be pitied more than blamed, and we must stay vigilant and push to prevent such madness being considered viable in law.
The first request I'm struggling to find data on myself, but tbh haven't had much time to look today.
As for the second item, technically we have rights in law despite the indenture nature of our existence. However, if you're a GM human, that may no longer apply, thus removing a huge hurdle to the fuckery afoot.
The IRS can tell the police to lock you up and throw away the key if any agent of the IRS (which is also an agent of the Fed) suspects you of a tax crime. They can take away all "your" property and sell it off under the same suspicions. No warrant is required, no other agency need say a word, nor can any other agency speak up on your behalf, because they own them all. The only entitles that can legally speak up on your behalf, without express permission from the Fed, is another citizen.
The reason they can lock you up and throw away the key is because the Fed is a sovereign entity, and technically owns you. The reason they can have the police (or FBI) lock you up and throw away the key is because technically, they own the Town, State, and Country (U.S.), and the police are beholden to those municipal or constitutional corporations.
While the Federal Reserve act is provably unconstitutional nine ways from Sunday, it has never been challenged in the courts nor in the congress, thus it, and all these other unconstitutional laws are legal unless and until a court, or congress, decides otherwise. Whether or not the complicity of the courts and congress is through legal means (hidden ownership of those bodies somewhere in the laws) or merely coercion I am not sure, but you only have "rights" in the eyes of the law if the law says you do, and the law says you don't whenever the IRS (The Fed) says you don't.
Of course you DO have rights; your rights are inalienable, but that's not going to help you in a court unless you are being judged by a jury, or happen to get an honest judge that agrees with you; which is where law is decided, i.e. its not actually decided in our "laws" themselves. That's that whole innocent until proven guilty thing, however, legally the IRS (AKA the Fed) can bypass that whole process and never involve the courts at all. After the Patriot act, the government can do so as well legally.
Thus, by law, you have no rights. You only live under the illusion of rights (in the eyes of the law). We are, lock, stock and barrel, completely owned by law.
