I don't believe in aliens. But if they did exist, I don't believe they would be visiting us. But if they were visiting us, I don't believe it would be for any beneficent reason.

However, I do believe governments will use any tool in their toolbox to take advantage of .. the tools. Project Bluebeam (which I have not studied) and no doubt others have been developed so the government can pull that little tool out whenever it wants / needs to and further terrorize and enslave the people it supposedly serves. My 2 cents.
