I actually have been doing some digging into older texts and more. Basically a lot of Jewish sects teach that Jesus was actually divine by blood. That the line went though Adam and Seth Noah etc to David etc which is why God to could talk directly to some

Yes. The break was Because of Cain & Abel.

Because of what Cain did the results were:

Abel’s lineage literally dead
Cain was damned so his lineage no longer could directly commune w God
Seth continued on to lines containing Methuselah / Noah

In Matthew 1:1 he is called the Son of David and the Son of Abraham. In Luke 3:38 he is called the Son of Adam and the Son of God. As the Son of David, it means that Jesus is king. As the Son of Abraham, it means that Jesus is a Jew. As the Son of Adam, it means that Jesus is a man. As the Son of God, it means that Jesus is God. This fourfold portrait of the messianic person as presented by the genealogies is that of the Jewish God-Man King. Could the Messiah be anyone less?

Thanks you for sharing this. That is pretty powerful. Im just now finishing psalms on my read through. The bible is such an incredible book.

Adam and Eve had Cain and Abel, but they also had many other sons and daughters. Something i never knew before. I also struggle with Mary's lineage. Although my struggle is i have not took the time to learn much about it. Im on a cover to cover mission before i start the bounce around and so some digging.

I truly appreciate your sharing and discussion.
