Good luck enforcing that! This should actually be fun to watch.
They will only enforce it selectively.
For instance, they're not going to be running around the hood, asking ganbangers for their ID/vax cards.
They will use it very selectively.
Similar to how I always get asked at Walmart to show my receipt when leaving, but they won't say anything to the half dozen African-Americans before and after me.
Of course I just ignore them.
For those who don't know, the term is anarcho-tyranny.
DC is a ghost town anyway, I don't see this making much difference, or maybe they're doing it to explain why DC is empty?
