Mormons are extremely messed up, imo. On the surface, they try to 'look' good and wholesome and all American, but they believe in a pretend "profit," (spelled that way on purpose) blaspheme God and the bible, wear magical underwear and have a very high rate of incest and pedophilia.

Their schools having certain rules / standards is not something I have a problem with. If you are supposedly a devout mormon and you impregnate your girlfriend, why would you be surprised the school asks you to leave? You knew the 'rules' before you went. And honesty, who cares what some athlete is going to think of mormons if he's expelled? Seriously? You're putting sports ahead of the church's (messed up though it be) precepts and standards? That's seriously screwed up and a skewed way of looking at things.

Bottom line is, a lot of people (who I consider rather narcissistic) are pleading with the people at this board, to overlook, forget, forgive, simply ignore all the absolute crap that others have dished out and to be there to 'pick up the pieces' because they 'won't be able to cope' without 'your' help when they 'learn the truth.' Blech. Seriously, it turns my stomach. Somehow these people seem to envision themselves the saviors of mankind. Well, they are not and you and I are not the saviors of mankind.
