The 2019 World Military Games, held just outside of the infamous city, were held immediately before this all started out. what better way of starting the spread than to have thousands of foreign military personnel taking the infections back to their home counties to kick-off the event? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2019_Military_World_Games
