How convenient, So his "attorney" a "former" FBI fed, has back channel communications to the current FBI, feeds and forwards that info to Ray Epps.

His lawyers profile even brags as much: "Mr. Blischak’s biggest asset is his relation with prosecutors and law enforcement in ways other lawyers cannot because of his background."

Now those com's can't be discovered under the guise of Attorney Client privilege.
