So reading the article “Shoemer” still has the nuclear option which is the 50 votes from all Democrats to proceed. Busting the filibuster failed, but somehow he can still change the Senate rules, but it requires all Dem votes. So if these two hold out, it should be fine. Here’s hoping. But the filibuster stays, for now.
