I've never had champagne. I bought a small bottle for the same reason as you. I took it out of the fridge when it looked like it was going to be awhile. Cheers when we finally are able to fully celebrate.

I have a bottle of Pappys Family Reserve my wife gave me one Christmas. Ive been saving it for my retirement. But if there is a triumphant day of complete victory you can bet Im gonna crack it. Ill call all the neighbors and my brothers over so they can see what truly good bourbon tastes like.
