Don't go crazy, because TOO much D3 is harmful and can be toxic. I'm talking about WAAAAAAAY too much. Normal people like us need to have levels between 50-70. If you have less they say you're deficient. Just take 5000 IU a day and all will be well. It's important, unless you go around half naked in the sun all day. Most of us don't do that on a regular basis....I guess.
