I didn't even like them as a kid. No lie.

But... I always loved their fried apple pies as a treat.

Until they weren't anymore. Fried, that is.

Baked just tastes wrong.

Haven't eaten anything from there in about a decade or more, after a bad breakfast burrito.

Luckily, there were no chain fast food restaurants of any kind around when I was a child.

We had real hot dogs and hamburgers at local drive-ins.
