There's more to it than that. There's good evidence to show that it changes behavior, particularly risk-taking behavior, in anyone. Here's a meta-analysis about its role in increasing traffic accidents: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29906469/ That's a big implication right there. But given that it hasn't been studied extensively except in cats and mice, this study alone shows that it could have more wide-ranging effects. I don't know if it does, but given the parasite PDF circulating, I wouldn't be surprised if it were linked to increased sexual promiscuity, or gambling, or other cabal-sponsored types of societal degradation.
Also, lots of cultures treat cats as pests instead of pets. I don't hate cats myself, but I think toxoplasmosis likely has something to do with cultural tendencies of disliking cats.
