There are 40 year olds that have never heard of the Tuskegee experiment!

It also comes down to poor education.

When people learn things and get educated (I mean actually educated as critical thinkers who have been exposed to history) it is a small percentage (of 4-6%) that continue to embrace the lies of the left.
