I wondered about that. I kept reading that the virus wasn't "isolated." Scientists have mapped all of human DNA, can identify a person by DNA, but can't map out a virus inside a shell?
What it means is as far as I can understand is no one can isolate a virus from everything, else and put it on a slide and show the virus., then they can put a so called variant next to it to show the difference.
All they show is a fictional computer coding of what a virus would be if they ever isolated one as under foi no country can produce, one. It seems a simple enough piecce of evidence
A virus is not a living thing..this is where the deception comes in. It is inert.a spongelike soap secreted by cells to mop up toxins and be excreted. It does not have a digestive system or a respiratory system..NADA. that's why theyxcant isolatecit. It cannot exist outside the body and it not contagious

I am never sure what "isolated" means. I suspect it does not mean what we think it means.

Correct.
Finally, someone in this thread who has a clue.
