One of those rare cases in GAW where its hard to know whether you are being serious or sarcastic. In all honesty, all news media has always been propaganda arm of the Cabal from day one. They just told their lies more subtly.

This particular piece probably got printed as part of a small infighting between two Cabal factions. Just a guess.
