Ask them if they've ever heard of HIPPA, and tell them if not they'll know what it is when your lawyer gets through with them.
Unfortunately HIPAA won’t help because it doesn’t protect you from giving your information.
Giving no. But they also can't compel you to give it to them either.
You can ask all you want, but I don't have to give you a damn awnser.
You also don't have to awnser to getting weekly testing, because again that is none of their business.
Trying to compel you either way is a violation of HIPPA.
I’m not saying it’s right, I’m simply saying it’s not a violation of HIPAA. No, you don’t have to give it but asking or, as you state, trying to compel, isn’t a violation of HIPAA.
It doesn’t though. It doesn’t apply to employers, only hospitals, doctors, nurses, etc. Not saying I don’t wish it did, it just doesn’t.
