Right after that the floodgates opened, news started seeping into main stream and the SCOTUS struck down the mandates.

So what do you all think will happen now that Trump has seemingly moved away from 2020 ?

So the constitution doesn’t apply? There is no free speech, right to bear arms, freedom of religion, 5 amendment rights against self-incrimination, etc.?
