What's the homemade Ivermectin/HQC recipe?

I remember someone posting a homemade recipe a while back. The only ingredient I remember was seltzer water.

I don't think there is a home recipe for HCQ either. The home recipe is for quinine using lemon and grapefruit peels boiled down. HCQ is a different chemical compound than pure quinine, and from what I have read pure quinine can be dangerous although HCQ is safe. That warning about quinine could be DS propaganda but who knows.
