Why is his lip turning up over that tooth? That doesn't happen over a snaggle-tooth.

Are there other photos of him last night with the same thing?

If there are no other photos of him with that it could be photo-shop.

If there are other photos of last night with that tooth, it could be a temporary crown.

The color differentiation in his neck could be caused by make-up foundation.
