Germany 1938: that was a particular disarmament as it pertains to one specific group. You could also claim Warshaw in 1941 suffered that fate.

The doctrine of the monopoly of violence being in state hands only proofs indeed to be a killer of a doctrine.

Since 1919, disarmament of the dutch population has commenced. You can now see it' s results, even when a government is not yet outright and openly murderous and tyrannical.
