One thing worth noting-- in the nasty organic vegan section of walmart they have these little shot bottles of Vitamin D + Zinc. Probably the only redemptive stuff in that section.

Yeah, I had my wife drink one of those once, it was a life saver. They have them for digestive, immune, stress, etc. They're disgusting but good
