His RPOs were removed after Canada said they would not pay for it (they were borrowing a Russian oligarch's house in BC). So then they left Canada for southern California. The Brits refuse to pay since they are non-working royals. Maybe he and his wife's constant tantrums are a distraction from what's happening back in England? It's all so convoluted!
