DWAC or DWACW?

I will soon add money to these stocks but I am not sure which one. DWAC or DWACW and why I don't plan to swing trade, just store it for a while. any help or advice to do this?

The warrants allow you to buy DWAC on a later date when the merger completes for 11.50 pet share. Here are some videos about it.
