Hadn't considered Fullmich. I'll have to keep my eyes open. Of course, I don't blame him for not wanting to go to court -- I certainly can appreciate dragging one's feet on this.
I'm still waiting patiently for a violation of my estoppel at Siemens while the vaxx order is "on pause" while at the same time, relieved it hasn't dropped yet. In the meantime, I continue to ignore all things Covid related with zero repercussions. The sad thing is that others who know it's all a charade continue to play along, even as they see me floating around free! I'm beginning to think many people just do not want to be free.
You continue to hit the nail on the head with perfect accuracy my friend! Your estoppel was near-perfect, legally speaking. To wit, in the "legal realm" there is no possibility of "perfection" of a legal position, quite deliberately so, as this allows for infinite options for continued argument and litigation - mo money, mo money!
As to your comments about the "others who know it's all a charade..." group are most likely that "Soft 40%" that the Belgian psychologist, Mattias Desmet, described in his treatise on "Mass Formation", which I presume you're aware of as it made the rounds this past month.
They're playing it safe "on the fence", always ready to shift to the majority opinion in order to "keep the peace" as it were. You and I are obviously in the "awake and aware 30%" whereas your leadership (who at least have to pretend) and the fraidy cats make up the fearful 30% which it appears are still in the majority as the MSM/government would like us to believe.
It's strangely ironic that we are still in a position where we have to kowtow to and tolerate the fearful amongst us, in deference to quite literally a state of sheer insanity. I harken to this Dostoevsky quote is spot on for our present situation:
“Tolerance will reach such a level that intelligent people will be banned from thinking so as not to offend the imbeciles.”
And I don't mean this as an insult, but rather an accurate depiction of the situation we find ourselves immersed in. I've found myself unwilling to even discuss the jab in mixed company now as I'm aware how completely upsetting it is for many amongst us and how even suggesting they could be harmful can set them off to such a degree as to be the potential cause of a future illness for them. Damned if we do, damned if we don't.....sigh
All we can do is keep on keeping on. I'm confident you're in a solid position with your work situation and look forward to helping in any way I can should there be any updates to the current status. Please keep me in the loop!
You're quite the literary Pede, Morpheus. Is the Dostoevsky quote from The Brothers Karamazov by any chance. Been meaning to get to that for a long time.
Glad to read you're heeding Desmet's advice to not add the diagnosis "psychosis" to the phenomenon "Mass Formation."
Well, I didn't know and after a quick search, it appears to be a false attribution. Funny, one of my favorite quotes of recent times is as well:
"It's easier to fool a person than it is to convince them they've been fooled".
A great quote, mistakenly attributed to Mark Twain, who is perhaps the all-time leader in mistakenly attributed clever quotes. However, Twain has made several statements that match the sentiment of this pithy phrase - so more or less accurate, just whittled down to be more impactful.
I haven't read much Dostoevsky, only "Crime & Punishment". As I understand, most of his stuff, as well as his contemporary 19th century Russian comrades, is pretty daggone depressing to say the least.
Anyway, it's likely that Dostoevsky expressed the sentiment of the quote, just like the Twain example. Either way, it's an accurate expression that fits out current circumstances.
And yeah, adding "psychosis" would surely add fuel to the rage fire. The mere suggestion that one might be caught up in an advanced brainwashing program is more than enough to fire people up.
