No there is tons of money for the homeless but it’s laundered and stolen. The homeless industrial complex in Seattle, Portland, SF and LA is very real.

This is ridiculous I grew up in the 70s there were no homeless camps people on corners w signs China send endless fentnal and cartels supply the meth People voluntarily getting darwin awards
