Its a trial balloon. Hoping that people are excited for her. No one was in 2016, no is in 2022 or 2024. Just look at Democrat party Senators, Congressmen not seeking re-election.

It's a nothingburger. She is a nobody. Was then and is now. Just being married to a President is nor should it be, enough to run. And her time in Senate was low key and still accomplished nothing in her only elected office.
