Here in the states I have been seeing signs at doctors' offices and in the hospital "abusive and disrespectful treatment of our healthcare providers will not be tolerated." In other words, when you say something because your loved one's blood pressure monitor has been beeping for an hour, or they have been calling for a bed pan for an hour, and there are a bunch of nurses chatting in the hallway, STFU.
I’m not sure what this even means. It’s so generic. Obviously it’s a cover for some other intent they have and the words are designed to validate those actions but they know people don’t actually want what they’re selling so they can’t come out and say precisely what they intend to do.
It’s basically a tool for them to target anyone who questions the system or tries to assert their rights. Keep in mind, we have government healthcare in Canada, so there are no other options if you don’t agree with them. This is a tool to shut people up.
