I think 11.3 is to do with the 1 year anniversary of the occupation of the BELLIGERENT OCCUPIER and the removal by the military. Juan does a great job of explaining exactly that. I’m not sure where Podesta comes in and I know of the Q passage, but war is fluid and there are bigger fish to be caught ATM.
