You posted 819 in which Trump refers to a Phase 2 after North Korea containment fails (Feb 2018) and here (1297) Q+ mentions the "next phase" Apr 2018.

It's been my contention that Q is ambiguous because many many scenarios are considered and posts have backup interpretations to refer to all of them. That is, IF nukes had been threatened or used anytime in the past 4+ years the posts would have given sufficient guidance for the patriots to mobilize (e.g. militia) in accord with plans. IF other contingencies had happened there would have been prepared response. A couple contingencies did happen but the enemy was given an ever-narrowing path to go down and now is thrashing about destroying what it can because its time is short. So I suspect that the connective word "phase" here means that, if the PTB try to use NK as a deterrent, they know that we're onto them and it will only backfire.

But in any scenario the justice endgame is planned, but it appears to be slow because we don't know its timing, by deliberate purpose.
