I lived my life around the phrase "Question Authority". Wherever I rose in workplace hierarchies I ALWAYS framed my statements around Truth, so that I was rarely questioned...no matter the harshness. I was told many times I was "the best and most fair boss" that someone had ever had. Truth is easy, you don't have to manipulate and eventually get called-out. Not self-promoting, just sayin. Always QUESTION AUTHORITY, cuz authority figures are 99% self-serving.
