Yes yes yes.

Also, consider who they call “voter”. They can easily whittle out respondents around the board room table if they dont like what the stats are saying. Also ( I worked with pollsters several years ago) To a person they will tell you its incredibly easy to illicit the answer u want by crafting the “question” properly. Query bias is a real problem in consensus analysis.
