Everything in moderation. I'd like to add that this condition only happens to a very small group of people but, yes, it can happen and the vast majority survive it. In a nutshell, it's not for everyone.
You also need to consider who you get your product from and the fertilizers/nootz that are being used. Organically-grown product is a better option and is readily available in most legal states. If you can, grow your own. A lot of companies/amateur growers only care about profit, not heavy metals and volitile compounds. We know now that THIS is the real issue and not THC. Due diligence pays off, especially when it comes to what you're putting in your body.
I've been medicating with every method of consumption, from flower to RSO and edibles for 21 years. I've been around but I've never known anyone to experience this personally and I believe it has a lot to do with putting the information above into practice.
Abuse and bastardize nature and you're usually in for a bad time. I don't think you're crazy at all just a bit uninformed.
This is not about pesticides or cultivation method. This is purely from cannabinoids. And not everyone gets it. Looks like you are in the clear.
If it was about cultivation, how come different people from different sources get the same EXACT syndrome?
I don't think you've done enough research on the topic to make a statement that it isn't from THC. And it isn't only THC. It is from cannabinoids. You can get it from D8, D9, and even CBD.

You have a blatant addiction and it is present in the way you speak and defend your God, Marijuana. Addiction sucks, so I can be understanding. But attacking someone for trying to inform people is bottom of the barrel behavior. Good luck.

As others here have said, you do you.
Keep being mad about the truth. Why so mad?
