I had signed up for that theory, but the camera man was tracking the flashes, including knowing to skip the last two windows and go to the last window. Whomever was taking the video, knew the order of the flashes. I do know from experience that whenever demo is conducted with explosives, there is a crew whose job it is to document everything (video, seismic, etc.) associated with the shot (explosion). That crew is always in radio contact and knows the plan.
That said, I cannot imagine explosives being used for demo in the WH; the explosions would have blown the windows out; and there would be no way to keep it a secret.
So....jury is still out, IMO.
I agree the conclusion of demolition is a stretch but where's the road for this purported vehicle driving steadily past? And if this is a common occurrence there should be lots of similar footage.
It's not a "distraction". It was an observation. You could just as easily have provided your explanation without the attitude.

Just another patrol car slowly driving past, obscured by the foliage but it's flashing lights reflect in the White House windows.
This is no different from the time the same White House windows starting flashing red, but that was only a patrol car with red lights slowly patrolling.
Nancy Drew talked about this a few days ago in one of her videos. She pointed out the thick window coverings on the inside. That would make the reflection theory more plausible.
Sorry this is almost the least convincing video I've ever seen.

on a side note, do they not still post Secret Service snipers on the roof when the potus is in house? I maybe blind but I did not see any.

A day or two after the nighttime vid came out, multiple people recorded this segment on Fox News. Also, in studying the nighttime video, I saw birds flying in front of the WH as if they had been startled. Then after I noticed the birds, I saw this video where someone does a full analysis, and mentions the birds too. Now I definitely leave open the possibility that something other than a service vehicle caused the flashes. Whether they are testing systems and/or doing preliminary work in preparation for a demolition (fake nuking by Russia?), only time will tell.

For a patrolling vehicle to be reflected in the 2nd floor window it would have to be higher than the road and move very steadily.
Camera angles down towards WH, how do you figure vehicle with flashing lights would need to higher than road? I knew I should have paid more attention in geometry class.
😅 trig is not my rig. Passing vehicle would have to be higher than road in front of White House since reflection/flash is on the 2nd floor. I'm really displaying complete ignorance of the topography around the White House- maybe there's a ridge road.
