Was this because of the Supreme Court ruling? Or 'something' else? What has stopped corporations from mandating their own jab policies? Look at Carhartt as an example. Minneapolis and St. Paul mandating Vaxx passports?

Anyone have an answer to why commie Oregon would do this?
