This was referring to the 2016 election....
It wasn't stolen, the good guys just stopped the crud from uploading their cheating algos. When it came time to upload the necessary extra votes, many servers were subjected to DDoS attacks which meant the signal to cheat could not be broadcast.
Back on Voat someone decoded this. The Collective Soul concert reference was very relevant but I don't remember why. Maybe I will do a little research on that and get back.
