I'm probably seeing it wrong, but I"m not getting it.

How is the SUV driver at the fault for hitting a vehicle after jumping a red left-turn arrow when the SUV hasn't crossed over the crosswalk yet?

Yeah, I am not buying that the Prius could have pushed the suv back into its lane. Looks like the Prius driver fucked up bad.
