I just watched a film about the inconsistencies in the 10/01/17 Vegas shooting.

I may have misunderstood but I was under the impression that Bill Gates purchased the top floor from Al Waleed Bin Talal following the shooting.

The headline and date of the article is enough. Gates and bin Talal co-owned on July 2017. Shooting was October 2017.
