I think they have generally lost the narrative but we need to be vigilant. They always have some card up their sleeve. We have to keep up the pressure until all the cards have been played.
That's not how boas kill their prey lol. They wait silently, motionless. They'll let their prey get as close as possible, even letting them crawl on top of them if this gets the prey in a more vulnerable position. Then they strike, immediately throw their coils around them, and constrict with all their might until the prey is dead. Even after the prey is clearly dead they'll keep squeezing, so as to leave no room for doubt.
