Not really, no. MSM is considered an arm of the "state" because of Proj Mockingbird. It's tied directly to the CIA, which is obviously part of the state.

While Soros is deep state certainly, he isn't on the level of a government agency. Now, if we found out CIA or FBI was funding Antifa, that's another story.
