At some point, people will have had enough, and violence will be organic. If it's spontaneous, the elites should be getting worried. Once a whole crowd goes into rage, it's uncontrollable. And whether this was staged or not, the people are getting angrier by the day. That anger, together with their numbers, at some point poses an existential threat for the cabal.

The idea is that police forces around Europe are using exchange agents. For instance, agents from Bulgaria come over to Netherlands and help out and they earn an extra buck. The training of these guys is abysmal on the one hand, and the security forces smell an opportunity to show off. Live training.
They also deploy what are called Romeos. These are usually coke sniffing criminal thugs and hooligans.
Then there are groups like antifa, totally compromised and directed by the powers that be.
