Find significant dates, something to do with Q posts, news headlines, up coming court cases, law of war manual, or other important milestones. Pick this date and tell yourself that it will be the day of Great Awakening. Convince yourself that its true with all your heart.

Now wait eagerly for that date. When it comes, be extremely disappointed / raging / furious/ dooming etc etc. Rinse and repeat.
