Your vitamin D levels must be high side of the official "normal" to begin with. You can't suddenly boost your vitamin D. When you get symptoms, it's too late.
Also the breathing thing: as soon as you get symptoms (if not before) you should spray up your nose and throat with 0.1% hydrogen peroxide solution. So, if you buy 3% solution, you must dilute it by 30 times.
Also use an inhaler/nebuliser with Budesonide. If those fail, you need azithromycin or similar antibiotic.
I was already supplementing my D levels long before I got sick. We’re talking three years of emulsified ADEK.
Didn’t try HP nebulizer because my lungs were clear and I have asthma/lots of people screw HP nebulizing up and wind up with interstitial lung disease
I've been doing a daily sinus rinse and have so far avoided the virus despite multiple exposures. I usually just do the saline packet, but if I know I've been around a big group, I'll add 5-6 drops of H202.
