Yep, I know two people that died from it. It shuts down the organs starting with the kidneys and the rest go like dominoes. If you want someone dead over the course of about a week, this is how you do it.
i've seen it put a lot of people on dialysis. Haven't seen it help. It also screws up your heart rate, most people become bradycardic (slow heart rate, less than 60) afterwards
