Turmeric with Ginger & Black Pepper (helps absorption. I recommend Turmeric BULK (buy on herbal/spice sites. Put in veggie smoothies with fruit

Diet is key. Avoid sugars & processed flour. Lots of fruits & veggies…all FRESH & organic if possible. No fried foods/hot oils.

Thats a lot of info. Going to digest when I get home from work. I just picked up Lugol about a month ago. I have supplemented amino acids. I eat somewhat healthy, could be better. Travel for work made it tough to eat well. Trying to slow down in travel and help family. So far, its working. I've had more time for research and eating healthier.
