I believe what Ranthum did was use section 43 to add his bill to AB743. Just like DC always combines bills and then calls them omnibus bills.
We may want to understand section 43 and what Ranthum did before saying GP got it all wrong.
I may be wrong too, but that was my assumption.
No way would Vos allow Ranthum to introduce a clean bill. Vos is clearly in on the steal, as is Steineke.
WI Assembly Rule 43:
(1) Any resolution or joint resolution relating to the officers, members, former members, procedures, or organization of the assembly or legislature is privileged in that it may be offered under any order of business by a member who has the floor and may be taken up immediately before all other proposals, unless referred by the presiding officer to a standing committee or to the calendar.
I don't know if I am the only one for whom the docs.legis.wisconsin.gov links do nothing and go nowhere until you finally get a browser timeout. If you are also experiencing the same issue, I have found an alternate site where the complete text of AJR120 is available.

It does clearly state:
"acknowledges that illegality took place in conducting the 2020 general election and reclaims Wisconsin's 10 fraudulent electoral ballots cast for Joseph R. Biden and Kamala Harris"
and that
"the secretary of state of the State of Wisconsin is hereby directed to forward a proper authenticated copy of this resolution to the President of the Senate of the United States"
So, if this is ultimately approved by the WI Senate, it does sound like it could finally be the first domino. Been a long road to get here for such a serious problem.
