I can’t help but feel like the laws already written up should be sufficient for this situation. I believe businesses are simply ignoring the law and lawyers are afraid to touch it for some reason? Someone with balls needs to step up and break the seal.

not gonna lie, I'm almost disappointed my employer never tried to mandate the vaccine... I was so looking forward to suing their pants off, lmao...

Yea I don’t know how I feel about making more laws and regulations. You know they always come back and bite you in the ass in another situation. I’m pretty sure medical discrimination should be covered in the disabilities act somewhere.
